How Room Haina works
Room Haina is built around one idea: someone new to a city should be able to work out their options quickly, without guessing and without being pushed around by middlemen.
Here is what that looks like in practice.
Four steps, start to finish
Find it. Check it. Move in.
Search where you actually need to be
Search by college, locality, landmark or city. Filter by budget, room type, sharing, gender, food and the amenities that matter to you.
Check what it really costs
Every listing separates rent from deposit, food, electricity, water and Wi-Fi, and shows an estimated monthly and move-in figure where we have enough detail.
Confirm it is genuinely available
See how many beds are free and when the owner last confirmed it. Filter to recently confirmed places so you are not wasting calls.
Contact the owner and visit
Message the owner or manager directly, ask what you need to ask, and request a visit at a time that works for you.
Verification
What we check, and what we do not claim
We do not think a single “verified” tick tells you very much. Instead, each listing shows you the individual checks that were completed, so you can judge for yourself.
- Address verified - we confirmed the property is where it says it is
- Photos verified - the images match the actual property
- Owner authority verified - the person listing it can genuinely rent it
- Physically visited - someone from our team has been there
Common questions
Yes. Searching, saving, comparing and contacting owners is free. We earn from property owners through listing subscriptions.
Report it from the listing page. Tell us whether it is unavailable, priced wrong, using fake photos or asking for brokerage, and our team will review it.
